Campfire Jim has been a performing musician for more than twenty years. He is a published songwriter and lyricist whose music has been used in television, radio, pay-per-view, cable, and internet advertising.

In 1992, Campfire Jim became a memeber of Difficult Listening II, a band known for combining satire with serious musicianship. During his time with DLII, his love of musical comedy was born.

Since that time, Jim has built his individual writing skills and solo performing talent.

Campfire Jim now thrills audiences with his unique way of expressing the humor found in everyday life and has quickly become one of Central Illinois' most requested comedians.
